The following General Terms of Use will regulate the service that PARAIS EXPERIENCES SL (from here on referred to as “LCT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) will deliver through the present website. LCT information is the following:
When hiring our website’s services, Users accept the present General Terms & Conditions that define the right & obligations of LCT and the Users as far as our website is concerned.
We do not require login to access our website. Nevertheless, in order to hire a service your personal data will be required.

Under these General Terms & Conditions, Users declare to give truthful personal data. LCT will not assume any type of responsibility in case the User contracts our services in breach of what is established in the previous paragraphs.

The schedule, date, meeting point, duration, and all the necessary information, is detailed in the informative chart of the activity, as well as in the email that will be sent with the booking’s confirmation.
It is essential that Users present themselves at the meeting point at the indicated time, as some activities depend on transport schedules, tickets to shows or monuments, etc.
LCT will not assume any type of responsibility if due to the User’s unpunctuality, the experience is modified or could not be carried out.
The reservation will be formalized once the Users have completed and accepted the reservation form and made the payment.
The prices will be those indicated by LCT at the time of booking. The charge will be a percentage of the total value of the activity. Each experience has a specified percentage depending on the type of activities they contain. The rest will be paid to the guide at the end of the tour.
The payment of the reservation through our Website can be made by credit or debit card or Paypal.
Once the payment has been made, the User will receive an email from LCT confirming the reservation of the contracted service.
Any undue payment that is not stipulated in the informative table of each experience on our website must be notified as soon as possible to info@localcooltour.com so that LCT can make the necessary arrangements.

Users undertake to make correct and honest use of the information and contents included in our Website, respecting the current legislation and the General Terms & Conditions.
Users who have contracted a LCT experience through our website will be able to publish their opinions and comments. To this end, LOCAL COOLTOUR will send an email once the tour is over inviting the User to publish his or her assessment of the experience.
Once LCT receives the User’s assessment, it will be published on the Website, as long as the content of the comment is related to the experience provided by LCT, does not contain obscene, discriminatory, homophobic, degrading, or offensive language of any kind, does not invade the privacy of third parties, and the content does not contain advertising of any kind.
